1. The course
Logic Start is an online educational course for learners aged 13 and over. The course is currently provided free of charge. By enrolling, you gain access to digital lesson content, practice tasks, and downloadable materials for the duration of your active enrollment.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing account access with others is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of unauthorized sharing.
3. Price and access
The course is provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future, in which case separate terms will apply before any purchase.
4. Intellectual property
All course materials — including videos, text, diagrams, and the Logic Passport — are the intellectual property of Descobrilança Unipessoal LDA (operating Logic Start) and are licensed for your personal educational use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish course content without written permission.
5. Conduct
We maintain a respectful learning environment. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior in any course community spaces will result in immediate removal without refund.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the course after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and disputes are subject to the competent Portuguese courts. Consumers may also turn to the competent Portuguese alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entities. The European Commission maintains a list of national dispute-resolution bodies.
